Overview

BODY PUMP
A Les Mills Licensed Program taught by certified instructors using barbell equipment, fun music and great choreography. It doesn't matter your fitness level, it's a great workout for all fitness levels.

BODY ATTACK
A Les Mills Licensed Program taught by certified instructors which is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

ZUMBA

CARDIO STRENGTH
Get the benefits of both disciplines

CYCLING
A cross training class using stationary bikes. Participants are led on various intensity intervals. Suitable for ALL levels.

FITNESS DANCE
Come enjoy the flow of movement and the sweat of a great workout. Mixing different dance styles including hip hop, ballet, belly dance, Latin dance, as well as others helps to challenge the entire body and gets the blood pumping.

H2O
Low impact class in the water incorporating stretching, water resistance training and a cardio workout all in one.

H2O 101
A class for the new comer to water aerobics and/or the individual that is unable to move quickly around the pool. This class is a little slower paced but still touches on all of the same exercises as H2O. Involves more stretching.

KICKBOXING
A martial art inspired high energy cardio workout for the entire body incorporating some basic self defense moves.
